Thank you for helping us to support Fibromyalgia Action UK

On 1 July 2021 we announced an official charity partnership with Fibromyalgia Action UK.

Fibromyalgia Action UK exists to increase awareness of the condition throughout the UK and elsewhere, as well as improve the awareness of, and access to treatments for fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes pain all over the body (also referred to as widespread pain), sleep problems, fatigue, and often emotional and mental distress. People with fibromyalgia may be more sensitive to pain than people without fibromyalgia. This is called abnormal pain perception processing. The cause of fibromyalgia is not known, but it can be effectively treated and managed.

For every hot tub and swim spa sold directly through Miami Spas, we pledged to donate £5 to the charity. This included sales via the website, showroom and by phone. It did not include sales via third parties.

Over the last 5 months, we are delighted to announce that this has totalled to £1,175 being directly donated to Fibromyalgia Action UK in 2021.
