These are packaged on a pallet and we use an external freight company to deliver them direct to you. They will only deliver them onto your drive as it is a kerbside delivery.
It is free Standard Delivery for pallets to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland is available for an additional surcharge of £150.
Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
On average, standard pallet deliveries are delivered Monday to Friday within approximately three working days from when an order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and relevant documents.
We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers’ costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
We offer a next day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently held in stock at our distribution warehouse. Available delivery options will appear once you have calculated your delivery postcode on the checkout. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12:00pm.
We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Please remember that we advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.
Saturday delivery is available dependant on stock availability and delivery location. Please contact our sales team on 01246 541200 regarding the additional cost.
For our standard pallet delivery service, the courier can only guarantee delivery on the selected date between 8:30am – 5:30pm. Unfortunately, this is not a tracked service, so drivers are instructed to call you when they arrive at the property if nobody is present and can wait 15 minutes for someone to return.
We always recommend you ensure someone is home for the time of your delivery. Please be aware that if a delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.
All orders can be collected from our warehouse in Chesterfield. Simply choose ‘Collect from Store’ when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process.
Once you have arranged to ‘Collect from Store’, we will contact you to let you know when your items are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey. Please be advised we have introduced a number of social distancing measures to ensure both our team and customers are kept safe.
