£150 - Collection From Warehouse - The customer is responsible for collecting their chosen Hot Tub from our warehouse in Derbyshire. The customer will need to provide their own transport sufficient to transport their purchased product. Miami Spas do not offer lending of equipment such as fork lifts, vehicles, straps or other tools. If you do not have the correct equipment Miami Spas cannot take liability for customer mistakes. We always recommend that our customers choose one of our own delivery options. We deliver Hot Tubs nationally are used to the best ways of handling these products. Miami Spas cannot be held responsible if the customer damages their product due to negligence upon collection.

£300 - Kerbside Delivery - Our delivery team will deliver your Hot Tub to your preferred location. This delivery option does not include positioning your spa within your property. Our delivery drivers will offload the spa and leave this kerbside for you. It is then the responsibility of the customer to ensure the spa is moved. Miami Spas cannot be held liable for any theft, damage or act of god once the spa is offloaded from our delivery vehicle. This remains the responsibility of the customer.

£400 - Delivery & Placement - Our delivery team will deliver your Hot Tub to your preferred location. They will offload the spa from the delivery vehicle and position this within your garden. Please note this delivery option does not include our delivery team installing your spa, filling it with water or guiding you through the chemical treatments or spa controls. Please also note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is sufficient access to your chosen positioning location. We recommend that you allow at least 1.1m width clearance and at least 2m height clearance. Please also account for drainage pipes, window sills etc which can impact the required space. It is not the responsibility of Miami Spas or our delivery teams to unhinge gates, take away fence panels or other labour required to move your spa. This must be completed by the customer on or before the delivery of your product. If the spa cannot be delivered due to lack of access, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be given. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.

£550 - Delivery & Installation - Our delivery team will deliver your Hot Tub to your preferred location. They will offload the spa from the delivery vehicle and position this within your garden. Our delivery team will begin to fill your spa with water, connect the power supply and sanitize your spa. They will explain how the Hot Tub works and guide you through the chemical treatment process. The Hot Tub will require a 32amp supply and you will need a length of cable running from your isolation switch to the location of the Hot Tub for our team to connect your spa (please note that no cable is provided with your Hot Tub). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is sufficient access to your chosen positioning location. We recommend that you allow at least 1.1m width clearance and at least 2m height clearance. Please also account for drainage pipes, window sills etc which can impact the required space. It is not the responsibility of Miami Spas or our delivery teams to unhinge gates, take away fence panels or other labour required to move your spa. This must be completed by the customer on or before the delivery of your product. If the spa cannot be delivered due to lack of access, we cannot be held responsibile and no refund will be given. £900 - Delivery, Installation & Full Electrics - Our delivery team will deliver your Hot Tub to your preferred location. They will offload the spa from the delivery vehicle and position this within your garden. Our delivery team will begin to fill your spa with water, connect the power supply and sanitize your spa. They will explain how the Hot Tub and guide you through the chemical treatment process. With the additional of our electrical package this includes the addition of full electrical cable installation from your consumer unit in your property directly to your Hot Tub. The electrician is Part P registered and is fully qualified to the 17th edition wiring regulations. The electrician will also provide RCD protection and local isolation via a rotary isolator. Property specifics can be discussed with our logistics team over the phone when you place your order - We will require a photo of your consumer unit beforehand. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is sufficient access to your chosen positioning location. We recommend that you allow at least 1.1m width clearance and at least 2m height clearance. Please also account for drainage pipes, window sills etc which can impact the required space. Deliveries to the post code areas beginning with TR, PL, TQ, SA, MP, DG, PA, G, KY, IV, KW, JE, GY, IM, BT, HS, DD, PH, AB, PA will have a surcharge added.

Delivery insurance to cover damage that may occur during delivery is available at a cost of £100 using the SpaKart to offload Spa from SpaTrailer

All deliveries OVER 200 MILES are carried out by contractors and are kerbside only. In some areas we can not guarantee a tail lift lorry with large enough back doors, therefore it could be your responsibility to offload the hot tub from the lorry though the side. If you are over 200 miles from us and you need our specialist delivery and set up - please contact us first with a request for a quotation.

Before you sign for the delivery, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. However, if there is visible damage to the package contents, sign for delivery as damaged and contact us. Please have your order number available.
