UK Mainland Delivery: £400

Deliveries to the post code areas beginning with TR, PL, TQ, SA, MP, DG, PA, G, KY, IV, KW, JE, GY, IM, BT, HS, DD, PH, AB, PA will have a surcharge added.

Delivery insurance to cover damage that may occur during delivery is available at a cost of £100 using the SpaKart to offload Spa from SpaTrailer

All deliveries OVER 200 MILES are carried out by contractors and are kerbside only. In some areas we can not guarantee tail lift  lorry with large enough back doors, therefore it could be your responsibility to offload the hot tub from the lorry though the side. If you are over 200 miles from us and you need our specialist delivery and set up - please contact us first with request for quotation.

Before you sign for the delivery, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. However, if there is visible damage to the package contents, sign for delivery as damaged  and contact us. Please have your order number available.

Returns and Replacements

Please note that when returning rejected good, the package and contents must be in perfect condition. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, We request that you do not reassemble the goods if you plan to return them as this can damage the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 40% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
