“We decided we wanted a hot tub after experiencing one at a good friend’s house.
We began to look online and the Wellis ones stood out, we dropped into the shop on the off chance that there might be a few on display, we were greeted really warmly by Rob (the Branch Manager) and he gave us an in-depth insight into every hot tub, and didn't jump at the most expensive one straight away, we worked up.
We had decided the one we wanted by the end of the visit, and left feeling we had answers which is something other places didn't give, nor did they give the exceptional customer service.
Any questions I had, no matter what time, Rob was only too happy to assist us and answer any questions. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery!
I couldn't recommend the company and Rob enough.”
“We bought the plug and play Pluto My line hot tub. Room for up to 5 people. We are very pleased with it. It took one hour and fifteen minutes to fill up with water but has taken a few days to keep the water at the right Ph. and Bromine levels. We'll soon need more test strips.
The delivery was straight forward no problems. Delivery team were friendly and informative on the setting up and how to use the hot tub.
We've had it a week and only had chance to use it 3 times due to the weather. We are looking forward to using it more as the weather improves.”
